Greater Sudbury Airport

The Greater Sudbury Airport is one of Northern Ontario's busiest and is currently served by Air Canada, Bearskin Airlines, Porter Airlines and Sunwing Airlines.

The Greater Sudbury Airport is managed by the Sudbury Airport Community Development Corporation (SACDC). The SACDC was formed and assumed ownership and governance of the airport following the transfer of the facility from Transport Canada under the National Airports Policy on March 31, 2000. A 12 member Board of Directors oversees the affairs of the airport.  The SACDC operates as a stand-alone Corporation and operates as a profit centre without requiring contributions from the municipal tax base.
