City Accepting Applications for Transportation Demand Management Community Grant Program

The City of Greater Sudbury’s Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan outlines a strategy for implementing programs and initiatives to complement public transit, walking, and cycling infrastructure.

One element of this plan is the TDM Community Grant Program, which provides eligible non-profit or community organizations up to $1,000 in funding assistance for community-based activities that promote sustainable and active travel. Eligible activities may include social marketing, travel planning programs, community events, educational initiatives, and promotional and awareness campaigns.

Applications for the grant program will be accepted from Wednesday, March 6 to Monday, April 1, 2024. For more information, including application guidelines, visit greatersudbury.ca/tdm.
