Drop In Fitness Classes for Adults

Ages 16 and up

Drop in for a fitness class of your choice! Dates and times are subject to change. Maximum class sizes have been established under no circumstances will patrons be allowed in classes after maximum class size has been reached. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact workout designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness. Class size limited to 20 participants.

  • Mondays: 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
  • Tuesdays: 7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Fridays: 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a slow moving form of exercise and stretching, improving flexibility, balance, and relieving stress. Class size limited to 25 participants.

  • Mondays: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
  • Tuesdays: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
  • Fridays: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Intermediate Hatha Yoga

Intermediate Hatha Yoga is an intermediate moving form of exercise and stretching, improving flexibility, balance, and relieving stress. Class size limited to 25 participants.

  • Thursdays: 7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.

Zumba® Gold

Zumba® Gold is a low impact dance-fitness class for participants who have reduced mobility or are true beginners. Class size limited to 30 participants.

  • Tuesdays: 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Zumba® Gold Toning

This class utilizes lightweight resistance combined with dance to assist in building muscle strength, all while improving bone density, mobility, posture and coordination! Class size limited to 30 participants.

  • Thursdays: 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Zumba® Step and Zumba® Sentao

Zumba® Step: Increase cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpts your core and legs.  This is a class for those wanting to feel the burn!

Zumba® Sentao: Dance and aerobic exercise performed with the use of a chair! 

Class size limited to 18 participants.

  • Wednesdays: 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. (Combined Class)

Weight Training (Co-Ed)

Increase muscle strength through the use of weights. Class size limited to 15 participants.

  • Mondays: 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.(Co-ed)
  • Fridays: 11:30 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. (Co-ed)

Kickboxing Blast

Full Body, core and cardio Workout.

  • Mondays: 2:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.
  • Mondays: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 2:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Mobility/Stretch

Exercises that help you move freely and easily to maximize full range of motion. 

  • Tuesdays: 12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • Fridays: 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.

Moving to Music for Adults

No partner required! Learn the basic steps to low-impact dances such as the waltz, rumba, and various Latin styles. The steps are easy to learn and the upbeat pop music will have you working at your own pace for an hour of non-stop fun!

Adult Dancing (Intermediate/Advanced)

Pre-requisite is Moving to Music.

Intermediate/Advanced Dancing builds on the skills learned in Moving to Music classes. Participants learn more advanced moves to dances such as the waltz, rumba, and various Latin styles, while having a blast in an energetic, social atmosphere.

Introduction to Fitness Equipment

With the guidance of a certified personal trainer, the participants will learn the safe and proper use of equipment available. One hour group sessions at no cost.  Please see front desk for times, availability and register.
