Morning Fitness Classes       

Ages 16 and up

Get your blood pumping with our morning fitness classes! Classes vary by day and include a variety of formats such as boot camp, exercise ball, step, Latin, core, total fitness and more. All classes are designed to offer participants the opportunity to be active regardless of their fitness levels. Advance registration is not necessary.

Fee: Included in price of membership, day pass or with purchase of punch card

Starts: September 5, 2017

  • Mondays to Fridays: 9 to 10 a.m.

Aerobics

Ages 16 and up

This course is designed to lead participants through a variety of exercises based on the principle of progressive overload. Classes combine aerobic exercise with elements of body shaping, piloxing, and boot camp. Everyone works at his or her own pace. Participants are taught to monitor their progress to get the most benefit from their effort. Emphasis is on working safely, using fat as our energy source and strengthening abdominal muscles.

Winter Session

Winter session registration opens August 14, 2017.

Fee: $30

Session dates: January 9 to March 15, 2018.

Classes once a week for 10 weeks:

Spring Session

Piloxing/Bootcamp

Ages 16 and up

Poloxing is non-stop cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dancing.

Spring Session

Session dates: March 22 to May 24, 2018.

Active Yoga

This program is designed to help you improve strength and flexibility. The practice includes a mix of power and flexibility with a layer of balance and core strength added in.  The flow is challenging but poses are very accessible to all body types.  If you like to feel the burn and work up a sweat this class is for you!

Relaxation Yoga

This program is designed for deep relaxation. The practice includes a slow moving form of exercise and stretching, improving flexibility, balance, and relieving stress.
