Aerobics/Body Shaping – Cardio-Plus
Ages 16 and up
A cardio workout for your lungs and heart plus a muscle endurance workout for core strengthening, toning and balance. Burn fat and build muscle to increase your metabolic rate. You will get a great workout plus sweat to the beat of great music. Class is designed to allow you to work at your own pace incorporating the basic moves of boot camp, kickboxing, stepping, weights, and bands plus so much more.
Moderate Fitness for Older Adults
This class is designed for those who need to exercise at a slower pace but still want a great workout. It provides a challenge and works on toning core muscles that are important for good posture and balance. Great music will motivate you to master a variety of exercises including chair aerobics and standing sit-ups. Don’t let the old part scare you –your time will not be wasted. You always work at your own pace – fast or slow.
