During yoga sessions, you will learn breathing techniques, postures, and will be guided through visualizations to relaxation. Through progressive and modified postures, you will develop flexibility, strength, and endurance while your body and mind benefit from noticeable improvements in your ability to regulate stress and anxiety.

Moderate Fitness for Older Adults
This class is designed for those who need to exercise at a slower pace but still want a great workout. It provides a challenge and works on toning core muscles that are important for good posture and balance. Great music will motivate you to master a variety of exercises including chair aerobics and standing sit-ups. Don’t let the old part scare you –your time will not be wasted. You always work at your own pace – fast or slow.
