Ms. Fits Fitness

Offering fitness programs for over 30 years, Ms. Fits has proven that exercise can be fun! Come join our classes for women and improve your fitness while working at your own level in a friendly atmosphere. Classes incorporate the components of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Limited class sizes. Classes are held in the upstairs hall.

    Fall Session

    Fall session registration opens August 7, 2018.

    Session dates: September 11 to December 15, 2018

    Fee:

    • One class per week: $70 for 14 weeks
    • Two classes per week: $123 for 14 weeks
    • Three classes per week: $177 for 14 weeks

    Choose one, two or three classes per week between September 11 to December 15  (14 weeks):

    • Barcode 312982: Tuesdays 10 to 11 a.m. (classes end December 11)
    • Barcode 312976: Tuesdays 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. (classes end December 11)
    • Barcode 312985: Thursdays 10 to 11 a.m.  (classes end December 13)
    • Barcode 312977: Thursdays 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. (classes end December 13)
    • Barcode 312978: Saturdays 10 to 11 a.m. (classes end December 15)

    Winter Session

    Winter session registration opens August 7, 2018.

    Session dates: January 8 to March 30, 2019

    Fee:

    • One class per week: $52 for 11 weeks
    • Two classes per week: $99 for 11 weeks
    • Three classes per week: $138 for 11 weeks

    Choose one, two or three classes per week between January 8 to March 30  (11 weeks):
