Beginner Courses:  Kids Learn to Ride

This course, taught on grass, will teach children how to balance, pedal, start, stop and steer their bike so that they are comfortable riding without training wheels. Youth will also learn about: correct helmet use, proper clothing, what to do before a ride, carrying items, bike safety and security. Bicycle seat must be low enough so that both feet can touch the ground while sitting on the seat.

Requirements: A caregiver must accompany the child to support the child. The caregiver must be able to walk/run along with the child rider.
