Notice of Fine and Due Date

 

Once you have been convicted of a fine, you will receive a Fine and Due Date Notice by regular mail. The notice will provide information regarding your ticket number, type of charge and outstanding fine payment and options.

Failing to make payments on your fine may result in additional fees, suspension of your driver’s licence, garnishment of wages and involvement of third-party collection agencies.

Need more time to pay a fine

If you have been convicted of an offence and require more time to pay your fine, complete the Application for an Extension of Time to Pay. Your application will be reviewed within 5-10 business days. It is your responsibility to follow up with the Provincial Offences Court Office for the outcome of your application. Convicted in Error

If you were convicted in error through no fault of your own in the last 15 days and wish to reopen your matter, complete the Application for a Reopening
