Traffic Update - Elgin Street/Elm Street:

Elgin Street/Elm Street: Elm Street at Elgin Street will be reduced to one lane, alternating in each direction, for water main work within the intersection, from 7 p.m. on September 28 through to 6 a.m. September 29. Traffic on Elm Street at Elgin will be restored to one lane in each direction by 6 a.m. on September 29. Elgin Street, north of Elm Street to Beech Street, will remain closed. Access to Elgin Street, south of Elm Street will be maintained. Access to businesses will be maintained. Police will be on site, directing traffic.
