Gymnastics at Howard Armstrong Recreation Centre is recreational and non-competitive. It provides an opportunity for children to challenge themselves physically, and explore various forms of movement. Youngsters are taught age and skill appropriate gymnastics movements which include stretching, tumbling, floor routines and cool downs.
