Beatty and Dufferin Street
The City of Greater Sudbury will be replacing old culverts over Nolin Creek at Beatty Street, just north of McNeill Blvd, and Dufferin Street.
Construction Details:
• Replacing existing culverts at Beatty Street and Dufferin Street with open-footing precast concrete culverts.
• One traffic lane will be maintained open during construction at each culvert.
• Partial watermain replacement will improve hydraulic performance at Beatty Street culvert.
• Installing new railing systems.
• Installing new drainage system for run-offs at both culverts.
• Repaving culvert approaches.
Expected Start Date: Summer 2021
Expected End Date: Fall 2021
