Rehabilitation and Active Transportation Improvements
The City of Greater Sudbury will be completing road improvements on the Kingsway, from Silver Hills Drive to Falconbridge Road.
Construction Details:
- Cycle infrastructure upgrades (Introduction of “off road” cycle tracks)
- Asphalt paving
- Urbanization of Kingsway between Barry Downe Road and Falconbridge Road (new concrete sidewalk and curb on both sides of the roadway)
- Watermain improvements
- Storm sewer improvements
- Lighting upgrades
- Traffic signal replacement
- Utility relocations
- AODA upgrades
