Coronavirus: what you need to know

In December 2019, an outbreak of pneumonia was reported in Wuhan, China. The cause was identified as a novel coronavirus known as 2019-nCoV.

The City is working closely with Public Health Sudbury & Districts and other community partners to monitor the global situation and respond accordingly. Public Health says there are no confirmed cases in Greater Sudbury. The risk of outbreak in our community remains low.

For the most up-to-date local information, visit the Public Health Sudbury & Districts website at www.phsd.ca/health-topics-programs/diseases-infections/coronavirus.
