Non-Residential Recycling

If your business produces large amounts of recycling check out the options below:

  • Bring your recycling to the Recycling Centre depot located at 1825 Frobisher St. The depot is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. No charge for recycling.
  • Bring your recycling to the diversion area located at your nearest landfill site. Recycling must be delivered separately from any other waste. No charge for sorted recycling.
  • Contact a private recycling company for a collection service (look in the Yellow Pages under Rubbish Removal). Collection fees will apply.
  • If you have a front-end cardboard recycling bin with a private recycling company contact them about collecting other types of recycling as well.

Your non-residential unit (hair salon, church, small store etc.) must be located on a residential recycling route to be eligible.
