These applications are being processed by staff of the Planning Services Division, and will be scheduled for Public Hearings at a future Planning Committee meeting. Proposal: The application is intended to permit two separate and self-contained residential dwelling units (i.e. apartments) on the ground floor and shared housing on the second-storey having a total of six guestrooms all within the existing residential building. Site-specific relief is also requested in order to provide four parking spaces on the lands and to recognize the encroachment of an existing open porch into the corner side yard along Nadia Street.

Proposal: Application for rezoning in order to redevelop the subject lands for the following uses as illustrated on the attached sketch:

  • Three (3) five-storey multiple dwellings with a total of 120 units;

Site-specific relief is also being requested in order to recognize an existing rear yard setback, to reduce the minimum amount of required landscaped open space and to provide a reduced planting strip along the northerly lot line. No additions to the existing building are proposed.
