Progress Payment Statement/Certificate
The Progress Payment Statement (PPS) is used by the City of Greater Sudbury to verify and confirm quantities, track deficiencies and holdbacks as well as costs and Project Change Requests (PCR) and Change Orders (CO).
This information is compiled for contract cost tracking, contractor acknowledgment and Progress Payment Certificates (PPC). The PPS is used by the contract administrator for the contract, either City of Greater Sudbury or a consultant.
The latest revision of the template is to be used at all times to ensure all noted issues have been addressed.
