Option 2 - Early Resolution - Meet with Prosecutor

If you choose this option, you are choosing to meet with the prosecutor to discuss a possible resolution of the charge, or to request additional time to pay your fine. By choosing this option you are not losing your right to trial and if you are unable to reach a resolution with the prosecutor, a trial date will be set for you. 

To request an early resolution meeting with the prosecutor, you must select Option 2 – Early Resolution – Meet with a Prosecutor. A copy of your request can be submitted:

• Online at www.ontario.ca/ticketsandfines. 
• By selection option two on the back of your ticket and submitting your request by email at poacourt@greatersudbury.ca
• By dropping off your request in-person or by mail at 199 Larch Street, Suite 102, Sudbury, Ontario, P3E 5P9

If you lost a copy of your ticket, you may complete a Missing Certificate form and submit.
