Activate Grades 5 to 8: Drop in for some free fun!

The Healthy Kids Community Challenge is offering Activate Grades 5 to 8, a free weekly drop-in program designed to help children build independence, learn new skills, make friends, and connect with community programs.
Activate Grades 5 to 8 is held at gyms and facilities across the City where children will have the chance to try new sports, games and activities as well as familiar favourites such as basketball, hip hop dance, hiking, floor hockey, yoga, skateboarding, pickleball, dodgeball and more! Contact your preferred location for more information. Equipment and nutritious snacks will be provided at each location, as well as guidance from friendly staff.
The program will be held at the following locations and times beginning in January:
Adamsdale Public School - Gym, 181 1st Avenue, Sudbury (Bilingual sessions)

A registration form must be submitted the first time your child visits. Registered participants will be able to sign themselves in and out of this program and parents or guardians should consider whether their child is mature enough to participate.
