The public is advised that the Significant Weather Event issued by the City of Greater Sudbury starting at 5 a.m. on March 6, remains in effect, due to continued inclement weather and forecast weather conditions. This is in accordance with Ontario Consolidated Regulation 239/02 under the Municipal Act.

Effective today, March 1, the Province is making its next round of changes to ease public health measures across Ontario, including removing proof of vaccination requirements and capacity limits in all indoor settings. Those same measures have now been lifted in City of Greater Sudbury facilities.
