Water Update- Elm Street

Elm Street, Sudbury- A water main break has reduced traffic to one lane in each direction on Elm Street between Lisgar Street to Durham Street on Monday, October 16. Work is anticipated to be complete by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17.

Kingsway Speed Limit Reduction in Construction Zone

Due to ongoing construction and in order to ensure the safety of road construction workers, motorists, pedestrians and cyclists, the City of Greater Sudbury is reducing the speed limit to 40 km/h in the designated construction zones on the Kingsway beginning on Tuesday, October 17.

Water and Traffic Update- Falconbridge Road, Algonquin Road, and Paris Street

Falconbridge Road, Sudbury- A private contractor will be connecting a water main at the new Autopark on Falconbridge Road on Monday October 16. Residents in the area of Auger and Churchill Street will be without water between the hours of 7 p.m. and 12 a.m.

Traffic Update- Lakeshore Street

Lakeshore Street, Capreol- Sanitary sewer improvements will close Lakeshore Street from King Street to the Foodland laneway on Friday, October 13 to Friday October 27. Local traffic and emergency vehicles will have access at all times and signage will be in place.
