Community volunteers Dr. Amanda Schweinbenz and Dr. Darren Stinson have been appointed co-chairs of the Greater Sudbury 2021 Canada Summer Games Bid Committee.

The Greater Sudbury Development Corporation is seeking 11 volunteers to evaluate applications and recommend funding allocations for two municipal grant programs that support the local arts and culture community.

Kingsway, Sudbury- A curb box repair will close the west bound curb lane on the Kingsway between Bancroft Drive and Kitchener Avenue on Tuesday, November 1. Work will be completed between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
