Step 4- Execution and Build

Beginning work on project

Once all cash contributions have been deposited and Value in Kind agreements have been signed by the City and vendors, work can advance on the project.

The City will assign a project manager to oversee the project, working with approved contractors to address risk management issues, maintain quality control and ensure compliance with any relevant policies or regulations.

Project timelines and schedules will be set by City staff to align with seasonal operations and priorities and to minimize impact on community members. The project will be prioritized based on Leisure Services’ annual work plan and may be postponed subject to the availability of resources and seasonal conditions.

Projects will not start until all funds have been received and Value in Kind agreements are signed.
