Am I on the Voters’ List?

In order to vote in the City of Greater Sudbury 2018 Municipal and School Board Election, voters must ensure that they are on the Voters’ List and that their information is accurate.

When and how can I make changes to my information on the Voters’ List?

From September 1, 2018 to October 22, 2018, voters will be able to request that their name be added or removed from the Voters’ List or that their information be amended by attending Clerk’s Services (Tom Davies Square, 2nd Floor) or a Citizen Service Centre/Library as staff must complete an Application to Amend the Voters’ List form. Voters will be required to sign this form and present an acceptable form of identification in order to verify their identity.

On Election Day, October 22, 2018, voters can also visit an Electronic Voting Location to have staff complete an Application to Amend the Voters’ List Form. This form must be signed by the voter and they must provide supporting identification.
