Tenders must be submitted on forms provided by the Corporation, in a sealed envelope using the completed label sheet provided, to the City of Greater Sudbury, Supplies and Services Department, Second Floor, Tom Davies Square:

The construction works include the following approximate quantities:
• Removal of 1200 mm x 2400 mm cast-in-place concrete box culvert to allow for the installation of the Stormwater Quality Control Structures, and flow splitting and combining chambers.
• Supply and installation of two (2) cast-in-place Stormwater Quality Control Structures.
• Supply and installation of one (1) cast-in-place flow splitting chamber.
• Supply and installation of one (1) cast-in-place flow combining chamber.
• Supply and installation of 1200 mm x 2400 mm concrete box culvert as required.
• Storm sewer outlet improvements.
• Community gardens reconstruction.
• Site restoration.

Bidders must prequalify and the deadline to apply for prequalification is 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, April 26, 2017.
Only bids from prequalified Bidders will be considered.

An Optional Tender Information Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at 1:00 PM, in Committee Room C-13A, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, Ontario.
Deadline for Questions
The Deadline for questions is 12:00 Noon, Monday, May 1, 2017.
Tenders will be opened publicly at 2:30 PM, on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, by the Tender Opening Committee, in Committee Room C-13A, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, Ontario.
Tender award is subject to receipt of funding and Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) approval for sewage works.
