Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) 17-2
For Arena Refrigeration Maintenance Services

The City of Greater Sudbury requires Contractors to Pre-Qualify to Tender for Arena Refrigeration Maintenance Services for a three (3) year term (2017/2018, 2018/2019; 2019/2020), with an option to extend at the City’s sole discretion for an additional two one year periods (2020/2021 and 2021/2022). (It is the intent to award this contract to one bidder only, being the lowest bidder meeting the tender requirements.)

The subject proposal must be submitted to the Purchasing Section, 2nd Floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury NO LATER THAN 4:30 p.m. (our time) Monday, March 20, 2017 to City of Greater Sudbury, Purchasing Section, using one of the following methods:

2) In person or via courier in a sealed envelope using the address label sheet provided to City of
Greater Sudbury, Purchasing Section, 200 Brady Street, 2nd Floor, Sudbury, ON P3E 3L9.

Communications/Official Point of Contact

The official point of contact for this Bid Solicitation is Leigh Lesar, Purchasing Coordinator 705 674-4455, ext. 2500 and all communications with the City during the procurement process shall be through the official point of contact.  Proponents shall not contact any other persons including Members of Council, City employees or consultants retained by the City regarding this Request for Proposal. All communication (including clarification required from a technical perspective and/or from a purchasing perspective) between the CGS and prospective vendors MUST BE in written format via email or fax. To facilitate comprehensive responses, Proponents are encouraged to email their questions as soon as possible to or fax to 705-671-8118.
