The reinstatement of temporary and permanent asphalt patches over municipal work excavations in roadways and driveways, also the reinstatement of sidewalk, curb and gutter systems, topsoil and sod and the repair of structures where required. Areas are located in the Southeast and Northeast Sections of the City of Greater Sudbury. (Refer to Division #5 for Maintenance Area Maps.)
Tender documents may be downloaded free of charge from the City of Greater Sudbury’s (City) website http://www.greatersudbury.ca/tenders or may be picked up at the City of Greater Sudbury, Engineering Services Division, Third Floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Box 5000, Station A, Sudbury, Ontario, P3A 5P3, on Monday, February 13, 2017, upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $15.00 (includes H.S.T.). Bidders must prequalify and the deadline to apply for prequalification is 12:00 Noon, Thursday, February 23, 2017.
Only bids from prequalified Bidders and have attended the Mandatory Tender Information Meeting, will be considered.

Deadline for Questions
The Deadline for questions is 12:00 Noon, Friday, February 24, 2017.
Tenders will be opened publicly at 2:30 PM, on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, by the Tender Opening Committee, in Committee Room C-13A, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, Ontario.
Tender award is subject to receipt of Council Approval of the 2017 Capital Budget.
