RFP for a Stormwater Asset Management Plan
The City of Greater Sudbury is requesting proposals for a stormwater Asset Management Plan.
The subject proposal must be submitted using the address label sheet provided to the City of Greater Sudbury, Supplies & Services Section, 2nd Floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, ON P3E 3L9 no later than 1:30:00 p.m., (our time) on Wednesday, January 25, 2017.
Proposal documents may be downloaded free of charge from the City’s website www.greatersudbury.ca/tenders/ or may be picked up at the City of Greater Sudbury, Purchasing Section, 2nd floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, ON P3E 3L9 for a non-refundable fee of $11.30 ($10.00 plus HST).
Proposals will be opened by the Tender Opening Sub-Committee, the same day at 2:30:00 p.m., in Committee Room C-13A, Main Floor, Tom Davies Square. Please be advised only the names of those Proponents who have submitted a proposal will be released at the meeting. Information regarding pricing or contents of the proposal submissions will not be provided as we reserve the right to negotiate with all Proponents.
Communications/Official Point of Contact
The official point of contact for this Bid Solicitation is Adam Cole, Purchasing Coordinator and all communications with the City during the procurement process shall be through the official point of contact. Proponents shall not contact any other persons including Members of Council, City employees or consultants retained by the City regarding this Request for Proposal. All communication (including clarification required from a technical perspective and/or from a purchasing perspective) between the CGS and prospective vendors must be in written format via email or fax.

The deadline for questions is no later than 12:00pm (our time) on Friday, January 13, 2017. No verbal instructions or verbal information to Proponents will be binding on the CGS.
