The City of Greater Sudbury is requesting tenders for the Tom Davies Square Courtyard and Upper Podium Redevelopment
Optional Information Meeting
An Optional Information Meeting has been scheduled to take place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 15th, 2016, on the Main Floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street. Bidders are to meet at the security desk. Attendance is not mandatory but bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
Proposal documents may be downloaded free of charge from the City’s website www.greatersudbury.ca/tenders/ or may be picked up at the City of Greater Sudbury, Purchasing Section, 2nd floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, for a non-refundable fee of $339.00 ($300.00 plus HST).
Tenders must be submitted using the address label sheet provided to the City of Greater Sudbury, Purchasing Section, 2nd Floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury NO LATER THAN 1:30:00 p.m., (our time), Thursday, January 19th, 2017.
Tenders will be opened the same day by the Tender Opening Committee at 2:30 p.m. in Committee Room C-13A, 1st Floor, Tom Davies Square.
Communications/Official Point of Contact
The official point of contact for this Bid Solicitation is Leigh Lesar, Purchasing Coordinator 705-674-4455, Ext. 2500 and all communications with the City during the procurement process shall be through the official point of contact. Bidders shall not contact any other persons including Members of Council, City employees or consultants retained by the City regarding this Tender. All communication (including clarification required from a technical perspective and/or from a purchasing perspective) between the CGS and prospective vendors MUST BE in written format via email or fax. The deadline for questions is 12:00 p.m. (noon) Tuesday, January 10th, 2017. No verbal instructions or verbal information to Proponents will be binding on the CGS.
