The City of Greater Sudbury is currently considering a draft Topsoil Removal and Site Alteration By-law (the Draft By-law).  The Draft By-law would control topsoil removal on all lands within the City of Greater Sudbury.  Further information on the Draft By-law, including a copy of the Draft By-law, can be viewed at the City Clerk’s Office, 2nd Floor, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, and at all Citizen Service Centres.

The City of Greater Sudbury is holding a second Public Meeting to provide an overview of and to receive feedback on the Draft By-law.  The Public Meeting will be held on Monday, May 11, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in Council Chamber, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury.
