TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the City of Greater Sudbury will give third and final reading to By-laws 2008-82, 2008-117 and 2008-118 on June 25, 2008.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE the preceding By-laws upon final passage propose that the following be closed, declared surplus and disposed of in accordance with the City’s Property By-law:
By-law 2008-82 - Close Part of a Lane North of Lorne Street, East of Edna Street and West of Cressey Street on Plan 20S being Part of PIN 73586-1315
By-law 2008-117 - Close Part of an Unopened Lane North of
Ramsey Lake Road being Part of PIN 73592-0052 being Part of the Lane abutting Lot 13 on Plan M-47
By-law 2008-118 - Close Part of Unopened Bergeron Avenue being Part of PIN 73504-0607 being Part 11 on Plan 53R-18258
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person may comment on the by-law by filing with the City Clerk, City of Greater Sudbury no later than Thursday, June 19, 2008, a notice of comment. All notices of comment will be treated as public records and included in the Council agenda.
