Transit Service to Lake Laurentian Conservation Area this Summer

Greater Sudbury Transit is extending weekday public transit service to the Lake Laurentian Conservation Area, until August 31. Riders are asked to board Route 500 University via Paris for transportation to wilderness trails and scenic lookouts. The bus carries two “rack and roll” bicycle racks for cyclists to enjoy a 65 km trail system at no extra charge. Regular fares apply.

Route 500 to the Laurentian Conservation Area departs the Downtown Sudbury Transit Terminal Mondays to Fridays at 7:45 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 1:45 p.m., 3:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m., arriving at the trails at 8:10 a.m., 10:10 a.m., 12:10 p.m., 2:10 p.m., 4:10 p.m. and 6:10 p.m. Buses arrive back at the Downtown Transit Terminal at 8:45 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 12:45 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 4:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.
