Second Avenue, Sudbury: Installation of a culvert will reduce lanes on Second Avenue, near the entrance to Finlandia Village, on July 11. One lane will be maintained, with traffic alternating. Flag persons will be on site directing traffic. Work will be done between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
