Traffic Update - Second Avenue, Lorne Street, Skead Road, *Revised dates* Kingsway, Elm Street

Second Avenue, Coniston: As part of the City's capital construction project, road rehabilitation and watermain improvements will start on Second Avenue, between Highway 17 East and Balsam Street, on September 19 to the end of October. One lane of traffic will be maintained. Work will be done between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. 
 
Lorne Street, Sudbury: Gas line service removal by Union Gas will close the westbound curb lane on Lorne Street, west of Regent Street, on September 20. Work will be done between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
 
Skead Road, Garson: Paving operations will see lane reductions on Skead Road, September 21 to 23. Work will be done from 7 a.m. to 7. p.m. Drivers are encouraged to plan for traffic delays. 
 
*Revised date* Kingsway, Sudbury: Shave and pave operations will result in intermittent lane closures overnight on the Kingsway, from Brady Street to Falconbridge, on September 18 to 23. Work will be done between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. 
 
*Revised date* Elm Street, Sudbury: Curb replacements will close the inside lanes in both directions on Elm Street, between Paris Street and Durham Street, from September 19 to 23. The northbound curb lane on Lisgar Street, at Elm Street, will also be reduced. Work will be done between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
