Traffic Update - May 26

*Revised Date* Lasalle Boulevard and MR 80: Pave Tech will be starting crack sealing operations on Friday, May 27 on Lasalle Blvd between Junction Creek (319 Lasalle Blvd) and Lauzon St. in Sudbury and on MR80 between Frost St. and Glen St. in Hanmer. Work will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the weekend. At least one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction.
 
Larch Street, Sudbury: The Annual Downtown Yard Sale will close Larch Street, between Elgin Street and Durham Street, on May 28 from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sidewalks in the downtown area will also be closed to accommodate the sidewalk sale. 
 
Long Lake Road, Sudbury: Construction will begin on Long Lake Road, between the Highway 17 Bypass to near Sunnyside Road, from May 30 to August 30. One lane of traffic will be maintained via flag persons. Construction will include culverts, drilling, blasting, rock removal and road improvements. Work will be done between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
 
*Revised Date* Dollard Avenue, Sudbury: Paving will continue on Dollard Avenue, from Madison Avenue to Briar Avenue, on Monday, May 30. Dollard Avenue will be down to one lane, including the intersection at Madison Avenue. Work will take place between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Flag persons will be on site directing traffic. Detours will be posted.
