*Revised date* Elgin Street/Elm Street

Elgin Street will be closed for water main and storm sewer work on the south side of the intersection, overnight from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., from September 28 through to September 29. Elgin Street, north of Elm Street to Beech Street, will be closed. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained. Access to Elgin Street, south of Elm Street will be maintained. Access to businesses will be maintained. Police will be on site, directing traffic.
