Residents and Businesses Advised of Potential for Low Water Pressure April 26

Apr 25, 2016

Residents and businesses of the west end of south end of Sudbury may notice low water pressure on Tuesday, April 26, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. during annual maintenance work of the David Street Water treatment plant on Ramsey Lake.

To compensate for limited water supply, residents are asked to reduce water consumption whenever possible.

Residents who notice discoloured water once water pressure is restored are asked to run the cold water tap closest to their water meter for several minutes until water is clear of any sediment from water pipes. In the event of prolonged discoloration or low water pressure, residents are asked to call 3-1-1.

The City of Greater Sudbury thanks residents for their patience and cooperation.
