| Greater Sudbury Transit offers a Trans Cab Service providing greater service to areas that are not easily accessible by Greater Sudbury Transit buses but have a population that depends on public transportation. How it works To have the Trans Cab pick you up, all you have to do is call the designated phone number for the taxi in your area, and a taxi will pick you up* and drop you off at the transfer point to board the appropriate bus. To return from the bus to home, tell the driver you wish to use the Trans Cab Service and after you have paid your fare, the driver will give you a transfer. When you get into the taxi, you hand the transfer to the driver and you will be taken to your home*.
