The Fair Wage Policy is for all new City of Greater Sudbury building and renovation construction projects over $160,000.00. The CGS Fair Wage Policy and Fair Wage Schedule must be adhered to the City's Fair Wage Policy and Fair Wage Schedule Zone 24 Sudbury. The Fair Wage Policy Compliance Form attached to all tenders and RFP's must be completed for all new building and renovation construction over $160,000.00. If it is not included with your tender submission your bid may be rejected.
