Bell Park is a large municipal park in Greater Sudbury, located on the western shore of Lake Ramsey. It is the site for many annual special events including Northern Lights Festival Boreal, the Sudbury Dragon Boat Races and Summerfest. The park has an amphitheatre, two gazebos, a main beach (with lifeguard supervision in the summer time), a children's play area, washrooms at two locations in the park and ample parking for visitors.

Bell Park is named for William J. Bell, an early lumber baron in the city whose former mansion is also the site of the Art Gallery of Sudbury. The park is part of his former estate land, donated to the City by him upon his death. The two gazebos in the park are named after William Bell and his wife, Katherine Bell. Two former mayors of the City are also honoured in the park grounds: the park's amphitheatre is named for Grace Hartman and the boardwalk connecting the park to the nearby Science North site along the Lake Ramsey shoreline is named in honour of Jim Gordon. A monument to the city's mining heritage also overlooks the park site from a hill at the northern boundary of the park.
