As part of the City of Greater Sudbury's continuing effort to enhance customer service and bring City Hall closer to the people served, residents can now take advantage of one telephone number for information on any City service or program: 3-1-1!
- Need information about your property taxes?
- Registering for a summer camp program?
- Reporting a sewer backup?
- Need a blue box?
- Call 3-1-1!
3-1-1 is a quick and easy way to access City services and respond to all of your City information requests.
From snow removal to arena hours to building permits, 3-1-1 is the only telephone number you need to remember.
- Dial 3-1-1 for information on City services or programs.
- Dial 9-1-1 for emergency services.
- 3-1-1 hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you hear a quick beeping signal when you dial 3-1-1, please note the following: If your business has its own phone switch, or is part of a building that has its own switch, your telephone service provider must program the switch to recognize 3-1-1 as a valid number.
